I just wanted to drop in a quick post this evening. We had the opportunity to talk to Isaac's doctor during today's visit and learned that his CLD slightly worsened again. He hasn't shown us any of the chest x-rays so we don't know how bad is lungs are but please do continue to pray for his little lungs as we have not heard any good news about his lungs so far. He has obviously been gaining weight and his lung condition is supposed to improve with weight gain so we keep praying and hoping that we will start hearing that his lung condition is improving instead of worsening.
They finally had him face up again today. We haven't seen the front of his body for a while and it was really nice to see that the ribs we saw so clearly before is now more hidden under his more filled out body. We didn't touch him much today and his oxygen saturation levels actually didn't crash while we were there. We can't figure out whether it was because he was facing up, which seemed to be better for his breathing, or us not touching him as much.
But BOY was he a funny guy today. He had his legs all stretched out and was moving his hands and arms all over the place. He had so many funny poses I can't even begin to describe. So I am going to show you some examples instead. Its amazing how you can see him getting chubbier every day. I guess when a baby is that tiny, any weight gain is really obvious and he literally changes every day! Before I go, I have another prayer request. I have a pretty bad sore throat and I really don't want to get too sick, especially this coming week as Jong won't be here. I really want to be able to visit Isaac every day but worry about giving him something if I really do get very sick. So please pray that I get better soon! Also, Jong and I actually had a few really tough days as we are still trying to mentally adjust to everything that happened the past couple of months. Fortunately, when we are really down, we are able to just turn to our Lord and just tell Him we can't do it anymore and we need Him to take over (which is what we should be doing all the time but things would be too easy if we actually listened and did what we are supposed to do, right?). So we did that last night and our Lord is just so merciful and compassionate as He gave us such a happy visit with Isaac - don't know if we are bad parents, but we were sitting there laughing at Isaac because of some of his funny postures.
More pics of our funny boy.

Oh Sonia... Isaac really is Cute! I love the first photo in the series of four, where it appears his little leg is kicked up and he is hanging out. I feel like you are sharing such precious family photos with us, and letting us into your private world. So many people are praying for you, Jong and Isaac. I know these days are so hard on you, and I will continue to keep all of you in my prayers. Especially as Isaac's lungs are developing, Jong is traveling, and you are not feeling well.
He is so precious. Thank you for sharing such wonderful photos! We will continue to pray for Isaac's growth and development and for you also.
God Bless you!
Tracy
