This is a different post from what I posted about an hour ago because I got my assistant to call the hospital and she was able to speak with Isaac's primary nurse, Nurse Imai in Japanese. Here is the correct update:
Nurse Imai saids that in the middle of the night, last night, his fever was up to 38.7C (=101.66 F). They tried to cool his fever down, and it went down to about 37somethingC (37C = 98.6F) when they measured this early morning. They have not measured his temperature again since then, so they do not know the exact figures yet, but it has definitely lowered from last night. She said his breathing is not good, and he is having a hard time breathing. His condition today is the similar to that of yesterday
