This one is kind of funny. She looks like she is just hanging out in her bumbo chair!
Unfortunately, Isaac does not like taking pictures with his sister but I was able to get a few pictures with him actually sitting half still.

I asked Isaac to smile for the camera - look at that fake smile!
I just wanted to show everyone how FAST Abigail is growing, especially when compared to Isaac. We weighed her and Isaac last week. Abigail is already at 6.1 kg (13.5 lbs) but Isaac is still stalled at around 10.6 kg (23 lbs). It seems like Isaac has been stalled at around 10.5 kg for months and months. So I am going to take a poll - please take your guess as to when Abigail will surpass Isaac in weight (based on Abigail's age)!!! Abigail will be 4 mos this Sunday and Isaac will be 2 years old based on his adjusted age this Friday.

She is really growing fast!!
Nathan has been stalled at 28 pounds for almost 2 years now! I posted his growth chart on the blog group.. lol. He is growing in height but not weight!
I'm not going to vote on this, but I just wanted to ask whether you guys were supplementing Isaac's milk. As you know, we have pretty significant food issues around here, and even though we can get Hallie to eat 6-7 ounces of puree at a meal three times a day when she's not having an allergic reaction (about 50% of the time these days), the amount of calories in the foods she can eat---fruits mostly---is tiny. So we're supplementing her bottles (we don't really give a hoot if she still takes a bottle at age 3 or 4 or even 5!). I don't have a very scientific assessment, but my guess is 27 calories an ounce. That---and her mommy's family's metabolism---are what keep her growing. Maybe the supplementing would help Isaac a bit?
Hi Abby,
We have tried to supplement his milk with carnation breakfast but he doesn't like drinking it. He doesn't like pediasure either (and I also cannot buy pediasure in Japan so when he was drinking it I had to ship it in from the US making it Starbucks price).
We are very excited that at least now he is starting to drink milk. Beforehand, it was realy hard to get him to even drink milk! The boy seems to know which foods have higher calories and would refuse them. He loves soup but only clear soup and often times does not like cream soup. He prefers rice over macaroni and cheese. That's why we are so happy that he likes McDonald's french fries. We figured there must be a lot of calories in there. Oh and the boy has to have McDee's. If we make home make fries he won't have it. Plus he only likes it out of the red/large McDee's containers. We tried feeding him fries from the white paper small size container and he wouldn't have it either!!! (Do they still sell small size fries in McDee's the US?)
You can also try heavy whipping cream - at 60 calories a tablespoon it is a pretty good way to add a few calories-
